Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for the Township of East Lampeter, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing at its regular public meeting on Monday, March 20, 2017, at 7:30 P.M. at the Township Office, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, Pennsylvania to consider a request by High Properties to amend the existing approval under the former planned residential development provisions of the East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance Decision of the Board of Supervisors concerning Greenland Village dated on or about June 19, 1979 and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office, indexed at Document M 77 364, with respect to 459 Greenland Drive, East Lampeter Township.  High Properties is seeking approval to construct a community center and recreational facility in the general location of tennis courts and other outdoor recreational facilities located on an approximately .9 acre tract (Assessment #310-65405-0-0000) located at the northeast intersection of Greenland Drive and Oakview Road.

The full text of the request may be examined at the township office during regular business hours.  Copies may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.  However, because no person may be in the office at the time of desired examination, it is recommended that any person desiring to examine the application call the Township Office (Telephone No. 393-1567) for an appointment.  Persons with disabilities who require any auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to observe or participate should contact the Township Office at least five days before the above date to discuss how your needs may be best accommodated.
