Industrial & Commercial Development Authority

The East Lampeter Industrial and Commercial Development Authority (ELICDA) will hold a public meeting on Monday, August 7, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Township office located at 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602.
The purpose of the meeting is to approve the plan to establish a Tax Increment Financing program for the Lincoln Highway corridor in East Lampeter Township. All interested parties are welcome to attend and participate.
