Zoning Hearing Board

NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:30 PM on Thursday, July 27, 2017 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2017-7 Application of Allen Stoltzfus of 2402 Stumptown Road, Bird-in-Hand, PA 17505 requesting a variance of Article 20, Section 20030.B.2.b of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance which requires that the maximum front yard setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet as measured from the right of way line for property located at 2400 Stumptown Road, Bird-in-Hand, PA 17505 within the Village Residential (VR) zoning district in that the applicant requests to place a dwelling at forty-four (44) feet from the right of way line.
* Case #2017-8 Application of Daniel K. King, Jr. of 139 Bowman Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 requesting a variance of Article 3, Section 3030.E.2 of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance which allows for a maximum height of an accessory structure over 120 square feet to be twenty-five (25) feet for property located at 139 Bowman Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the Agricultural (AG) zoning district in that the applicant requests to have an addition to an accessory structure at a height of twenty-seven and one half (27 ½) feet.
* Case #2017-9 Application of Widalys Ruiz and Luz Valezquez of 2448 Ellendale Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602 requesting a special exception of Article 6, Section 6020.C.6 which is further regulated by Article 23, Section 23370, a variance of Article 23, Section 23220.C.2 which provide for a home occupation daycare use for property located at 2448 Ellendale Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the Residential 2 (R2) zoning district in that the applicant requests a day care home occupation for four (4) to six (6) children.
