NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:30 PM on Thursday, August 10, 2017 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2017-10 Application of Horst Realty, c/o Bill Horst, VP – Leasing of 205 Granit Run Drive, Suite 280, Lancaster, PA 17601 appealing the decisions of the zoning officer and assistant zoning officer for lot area, parking, apartments as accessory use, and signage and in the alternative requesting variances of Article 15, Section 15030.A for the lot area of the property, Article 22, Section 22160 Parking requirements, Article 22, Section 22230.1 Table regarding maximum number of signs, and Article 23, Section 23070.C.1.a for the maximum number of allowed accessory apartments of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance for property located at 1929 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602 in the Mixed Use (MU) zoning district in that the applicant seeks to have additional accessory apartments on the property, has 76 parking spaces when 84 are required, has 3,000 square feet less lot area than is necessary per the ordinance, and wishes to erect a second free standing sign on the property.
