NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 12, 2018 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
*Case #2018-12 – Application of Anil Jivani of 103 Nevermore Circle, North Wales, PA 19454 requesting a special exception of Article 24, Section 24030 of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, for property located at 2622 Lincoln Highway East, Ronks, PA 17572 within the AG – Agricultural Zoning District in that the applicant wishes to expand the non-conforming use of the property as a automobile fueling station.
*Case #2018-13 – Application of Abner and Arianna King, 619 West Lincoln Avenue, Lititz, PA 17543, requesting a special exception of Article 24, Section 24030.C of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, for property located at 2020 Horseshoe Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 within the AG – Agricultural Zoning District to substitute one non-conforming use with another non-conforming use and modify conditions of previous zoning hearing board decisions.
*Case #2018-14 – Application of Jason Annibali of A&S Pools of 482 Royer Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601, requesting a variance of Article 5, Section 5030.B.5.b of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, for property located at 2294 Coach Light Lane, Lancaster PA 17601 within the R1 – Residential Zoning District for a variance of lot coverage as the site was over prior to the adoption of the 2016 zoning ordinance and the owner would now like to install a pool within the rear yard area.
*Case #2018-15 – Application of Granny N Pops LLC, 5919 Wind Mill Road, Gap, PA 17527, requesting an appeal of Article 23, Section 23070, variance of Article 2, Section 2020, and special exception of Article 19, Section 19020.C.6 of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, for property located at 2929 Lincoln Highway East, Gordonville, PA 17529 within the VC – Village Commercial Zoning District for two apartments within an accessory structure. The applicant appeals the determination of the Assistant Zoning Officer enforcement notice, requests a variance by estoppel, requests a variance for number of apartments as accessory, requests a special exception for multi-family dwellings for four dwellings within two buildings on the property.
