NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 28, 2019 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2019-03 –Application of John and Lois Glick (equitable owners), PO BOX 58, Intercourse, PA 17534, request variances of Sections 19020.A.15 to permit manufacturing in a building greater than 30,000 square feet; 19020.A.15 and 23450.D.11 to permit manufacturing along a State Road rather than the required Township Road; 23450.C.2 to permit more than fifteen percent (15%) of a building containing a manufacturing use to be used for retail sales; 19020.A to permit wholesale and distribution on the property; 23880.C.2 to permit more than 5,000 square feet of a building which contains wholesale and distribution to be used for retail sales; 23880.D.3 to permit wholesale and distribution to not be served by public water as there is well water on the site; 22020.C to permit multiple principal uses on the property of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, and such other relief as may be requested at the hearing. In addition, the applicant requests removal of a prior condition #10 of Zoning Hearing Board Decision dated September 10, 1987 for property located at 60 North Ronks Road, Ronks, PA 17572 in the VC – Village Commercial Zoning District.
