NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, June 27, 2019 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2019-10 –Application of Benuel H. King, 355 Gridley Road, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting variances of Sections 23380.C.1, 23380.C.3, and 3030.B.3 to construct a new dwelling and horse barn for transportation within the Agricultural Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, for property located at 386 Gridley Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 where 20,000 square feet of lot area is required but 19,979 square feet exist, where the minimum setback for horse for transportation grazing area is 10 feet when only 2 feet is proposed, and where the minimum side yard of 20 feet is required and 15.15 feet is provided.
* Case #2019-11 – Application of Daniel and Danae Frederick, 67 Straford Village, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting a variance of Section 6030.B.1.a for the minimum lot width for a principal building within the R2 – Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for property located at 10 Crest Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17602 where fifty (50) feet is required at the street right-of-way and seventy-five (75) feet is required at the front yard setback line when only sixty-six (66) feet is provided at the front yard setback.
