Time extension for previously approved Case #2019-12 –Application of 2439 Old Philadelphia Pike Associates, LP, 1518 East Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033, requesting a special exception of Article 18, Section 18020.C.7 for the proposed construction of an extended stay hotel with 75 units and requesting two variances of Article 18, Sections 18030.B.1.c and 182030.B.2.b for lot width and front yard setback along Airport Drive for property located at 2439 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602 in the VG – Village General Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended.
Time extension for previously approved Case #2019-13 – Application of 9 New Philadelphia Pike Associates, LP, 2439 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting a variance of Article 18, Section 18030.B.2.b for the minimum and maximum allowed front yard setback in the VG – Village General Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for an unaddressed property located on the east side of Mount Sidney Road directly north of the access drive for the existing Sheetz where the minimum front yard setback is ten (10) and the maximum is twenty-five (25) feet and the property is encumbered by a PP&L line within that area.
Case #2019-19–Application of Jeanne Botta, 817 Waterfront Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602, appealing the Assistant Zoning Officer’s notice for permitting required under Article 22, Table 22230.1 for two billboards that were replaced and/or repaired located at 205 Greenfield Road within the BP – Business Park Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended.
