NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 9, 2020 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2019-22–Application of Peter Bhai, 5159 West Woodmill Drive, Suite 15, Wilmington, DE, 19808, requesting a special exception of Article 10020.C.4 for two extended stay hotel buildings and variances of Article 22, Section 22150.1 for number of required off-street loading spaces where two (2) are required and the applicant proposed one (1) and Article 23, Section 23400.4 for maximum building height of 60 feet where the applicant requires relief of five (5) feet for property located at 2205 and 2217 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602 in the C-3 – Commercial Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for the proposed construction of two (2) hotel structures.
* Case #2019-23–Application of Samuel A. Fisher, 182 Eastbrook Road, Smoketown, PA 17576, requesting a special exception of Article 3, Section 3020(C) subject to Article 23, Section 23410 to alter an existing kennel operation on the property located at 180 Eastbrook Road, Smoketown, PA 17576 in the AG – Agriculture Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended.
* Case #2019-24–Application of Glick Fire Equipment Company, Inc., 350 Mill Creek Road, Bird-in-Hand, PA 17505, requesting a special exception of Article 18, Section 18020.C.5, subject to Article 23, Section 23350 to have a heavy equipment service and repair facility on the property located at 2479 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the VG – Village General Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended.
