* Case #2020-04–Application of Jan and Dawn Harnish, 134 Hellam Street, Wrightsville, PA 17368, requesting a special exception of Article 6, Section 6020.C.14, subject to Article 23, Section 23110 for the use of the property located at 1969 Millport Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the R-2 Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, as a tourist home. The applicant currently utilizes the dwelling for a tourist home.
* Case #2020-05 – Application of Ismaray Guevara Gonzalez, 1709 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting a special exception of Article 6, Section 6020.C.6 subject to Article 23, Section 23370 for a minimal impact home occupation at property located at 1709 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the R-2 Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The applicant wishes to have a home occupation of a daycare.
