NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 23, 2020 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2020-08–Application of Elmer S. Beiler, 623 Willow Road, Lancaster, PA 17601, requesting a variance of Article 3, Section 3030.C.2.a which governs the construction of accessory uses setback from the front façade of the principal building for property located at 623 Willow Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 within the AG- Agricultural Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The applicant seeks to expand the cover of the existing concrete cattle area at the heifer barn which is front of the dwelling.
* Case #2020-09 – Application of Daniel R. King, 3501 White Oak Road, Paradise, PA 17562, requesting a special exception of Article 18, Section 18020.C.8 subject to Article 23, Section 23490 for multi-family dwellings and variances of Article 18, Section 18030.B.3.e for side yard setback, Section 18030.B.4.e for rear yard setback, and Section 18030.B.5.c for maximum impervious coverage and Article 23, Section 23490.C.2 for accessory uses for property located at 2481 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the VG Village General Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The applicant wishes to add three apartments to the first floor an existing building that has three apartments on the second floor and remove a restaurant from the building.
