NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 27, 2020 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2020-12–Application of High Steel Structures, LLC, 1853 William Penn Way, Lancaster, PA 17601, requesting a variance of Article 22, Section 22070.A.1 and 22070.A.4 which stipulates a fence shall not be placed within and easement and maximum fence height of three (3) feet within the foot front yard setback, respectively, for property located at 145 Greenfield Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the I-2 – Industrial Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The applicant seeks to install a nine (9) foot high fence within a utility easement around a UGI pressure regulator system.
* Case #2020-13 – Application of Daniel Krieger, 2544 South Cherry Lane, Ronks PA 17572, requesting a variance of Article 3, Section 3020.C.2.b where the side yard setback is required to 20 feet for an accessory structure and the applicant proposes 10 feet for a proposed accessory structure for property located at 2544 South Cherry Lane, Ronks, PA 17572 within the AG – Agricultural Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended.
