NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2020 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2020-14–Application of Luke and Heather Kaltreider, 25 Willowdale Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting a variance of Article 22, Section 22070.A.4 which stipulates a fence shall have a maximum height of three (3) feet within the front yard setback, for property located at 25 Willowdale Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the R-2 – Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The applicant has installed a six (6) foot high fence within the front yard setback.
