NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 22, 2020 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2020-15–Application of Jan and Dawn Harnish, 134 Hellam Street, Wrightsville, PA 17368, requesting a special exception of Article 6, Section 6020.C.14, subject to Article 23, Section 23110 for the use of the property located at 1969 Millport Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the R-2 Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, as a tourist home. The applicant currently utilizes the dwelling for a tourist home.
* Case #2020-16 – Application of Hartman Sheaffer Real Estate LLC, 1128 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601, requesting a special exception of Article 24, Section 24030.C to substitute a non-conforming use with another non-conforming use in that the applicant wants to utilize the property for storage and wholesale selling of motor vehicle parts, repair and rebuilding of starters and alternators for property located at 220-222 Pitney Road and 500 Oak Grove Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the R-2 Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended.
