NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 12, 2020 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2020-17–Application of Chris Lupold, 96 Silver Birch Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting a variance of Article 6, Section 6030.C.2.a where the minimum front yard setback line from all streets shall be fifteen (15) feet to the rear of the front façade of the principal building, for property located at 96 Silver Birch Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the R-2 – Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The applicant seeks to construct an accessory storage building on the property.
* Case #2020-18–Application of McDonald’s USA, LLC c/o William Weisgerber, 110 North Carpenter Street, Chicago IL 60607, requesting a variance of Article 10, Section 10020.A.16 which stipulates that one drive through lane is permitted while the applicant proposes two drive through lanes and a variance of Article 22, Section 22160.1 which requires a minimum of 48 parking spaces while the applicant proposes 23 parking spaces, for property located at 68 East Town Mall, Lancaster PA 17602 which is typically associated with the address of 2090 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602 within the C-3 – Commercial Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended.
