NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2021-07 –Application of Kevin Kreider, 270 Little Creek Road, Lancaster, PA 17601, requesting a variance of Article 5, Section 5030.C.2.a which requires that an accessory use that exceeds one hundred twenty (120) square feet shall be set back a minimum of fifteen (15) feet to the rear of the front façade of the principal building in the R-1 – Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for property located at 270 Little Creek Road, Lancaster, PA 17601, where the applicant proposes installation of a pool and patio on a property which fronts on two roadways resulting in two front yards.
