NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 8, 2021 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2021-10 –Application of Samuel Ivan Stotlzfus, 11 Sylvan Lane, Gordonville, PA 17529, requesting a special exception of Article 3, Section 3020.C.12 in the AG – Agricultural Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for a property located at 11 Sylvan Lane, Gordonville, PA 17529, where the applicant intends to utilize the dwelling as a tourist home.
* Case #2021-11 –Application of Jesse Smucker, 2110 Rockvale Road, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting a variance of the maximum area of a roadside stand, which is limited to 500 square feet, per Article 23, Section 23710.E.2 in the AG – Agricultural Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for a property located at 2110 Rockvale Road, Lancaster, PA 17602, where the applicant has erected a 21 foot by 48 foot greenhouse for the sales of flowers at the roadside stand.
