Zoning Hearing Board

NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following applications at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 26th, 2021 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:

 

Case #2021-18: Application of David Fisher, requesting a variance to Section 3030.B.4, in the AG – Agriculture Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for the property located at 2704 Bachmantown Road, Ronks, PA 17572, where the applicant is requesting relief of the accessory structure setback regulations.

 

Case #2021-19: Application of Backyard Showcase, LLC, requesting a special exception per Section 24030.A, in the AG– Agriculture Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for the property located at 2602 Lincoln Highway East, Ronks, PA 17572, where the applicant is proposing the expansion of a nonconforming structure or use.

 

Case #2021-20: Application of Samuel Ivan Stoltzfus, requesting a special exception to Section 3020.C.12, in the AG-Agriculture Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for the property located at 11 Sylvan Ln, Gordonville, PA 17529, where the applicant is proposing a tourist home.

 

Case #2021-21: Application of Legacy Manor, LLC, requesting a variance to Section 23110.F.1, 23110.F.2, 23110.F.3, 2020 and 20020.A.9, in the VR– Village Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for the property located at 441 Mount Sidney Rd, Lancaster, PA 17602, where the applicant is proposing a tourist home within a multi-family dwelling.

 

Case #2021-22: Application of Legacy Manor, LLC, requesting a variance to Section 23110.F.1, 20030.B.1.e, 20030.B.2.b and 20030.B.3.f in the VR– Village Residential Zoning District of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for the unaddressed property with parcel ID (3101382200000), where the applicant is requesting relief of the tourist home regulations and dimensional regulations of the VR Zone.
