* Case #2018-02 –Application of Lance Fox, 110 Hartman Bridge Road, Ronks, PA 17572, requesting a special exception of Article 3, Section 3020.C.13 and Article 23, Section 23110 for a tourist home of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for property located at 110 Hartman Bridge Road in the AG – Agricultural Zoning District. The applicant wishes to utilize a previously approved dwelling on the property as a tourist home.
* Case #2018-03 – Application of Melvin A. Lapp, 441 Mount Sidney Road, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting a special exception of Article 24, Section 24030.C for substitution of a non-conforming use of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for property located at 441 Mount Sidney Road in the VR – Village Residential Zoning District. The applicant wishes to substitute a non-conforming use on the property with a coffee shop use.
