NOTICE is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on the following application at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 12, 2018 in the Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602:
* Case #2018-04 –Application of Site Enhancement Services, 6001 Nimtz Parkway, South Bend, IN 46628, requesting a variance of Article 22 Section 22230 for signage of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for property located at 2310 Lincoln Highway East in the C-3 – Commercial Zoning District. The applicant wishes to erect signage of 217 square feet total when only 200 square feet is permitted.
* Case #2018-05 –Application of Mervin Fisher, 426 Twin Elm Road, Strasburg, PA 17579, requesting a special exception of Article 3, Section 3020.C.13 and Article 23, Section 23110 for a tourist home of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for property located at 2562 Bachmantown Road, Ronks, PA 17572 in the AG – Agricultural Zoning District. The applicant wishes to utilize the existing single family dwelling on the property as a tourist home.
* Case #2018-06 –Application of Destiny Builders and Management LLC c/o Raul Patel, 3738 Kennel Avenue, Columbia, PA 17512, requesting variances of Article 9, Section 9030.B.5, Article 22, Sections 22070.A.1, 22070.A.4, 22240.B.3 for the proposed redevelopment of six properties as a hotel and retail facility of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended for property located at 2141 and 2151 Lincoln Highway East and 30 Harvest Road in the C-2 Commercial and R-3 Residential Zoning Districts. The applicant requests a variance of the rear yard setback within the C-2 zoning district, placement of a wall within the utility and storm drainage easements, wall within the front yard in excess of six (6) feet in height, and reduction of the rear yard setback for a dumpster.
