* Case #2017-24 –Application of Donald and Mary Beth Kautz of 170 Hostetter Lane, Lancaster, PA 17602, requesting a variance of Article 6, Section 6030.C.3.b of the 2016 East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, for property located at 170 Hostetter Lane, Lancaster, PA 17602 in the R-2 Residential Zoning District.
