Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for the Township of East Lampeter, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, will hold a special meeting to conduct a public hearing on Monday, August 5, 2019, at 5:00 P.M. at the Township Office, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to consider the conditional use application filed by Tanger Properties Limited Partnership for property located at 311 Stanley K. Tanger Drive.  The Applicant was granted conditional use approval pursuant to Section 1203.2 of the East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance to expand Tanger Outlet Center by Decision dated December 7, 2015.  The Applicant requests modifications of the prior Decision as it relates to off-street parking requirements for a shopping center and to permit full-service restaurant uses within the Tanger Outlet Center, including the expansion area.

The full text of the application may be examined at the Township Office during regular business hours.  Copies may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.  However, because no person may be in the office at the time of desired examination, it is recommended that any person desiring to examine the application call the Township Office (Telephone No. 717-393-1567) for an appointment.  Persons with disabilities who require any auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to observe or participate should contact the Township Office at least five days before the above date to discuss how your needs may be best accommodated.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST LAMPETER

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for the Township of East Lampeter, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, will hold a special meeting to conduct a public hearing on Monday, August 19, 2019, at 5:00 P.M. at the Township Office, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to consider the conditional use application filed by Brookfield Development Corp. and Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. for a development known as Devon Creek.  The property consists of approximately 49 acres located generally at the southeast corner of New Holland Pike and Hornig Road in East Lampeter Township. The application seeks a revision to the previously granted approval under the Mixed Use/Optional Density Incentive provisions of the Township’s Optional Density Incentive Ordinance, Sections 1936 and 1938 of the East Lampeter Township Zoning Ordinance. The application requests approval of a proposed revision as to the provider and source of public water to the development and revisions to the proposed phasing of the project.

Emergency Management Coordinator – Volunteer Position available

East Lampeter Township is looking to fill the volunteer position of Emergency Management Coordinator. A description of the duties and responsibilities is provided here.
