The East Lampeter Sewer Authority was formed December 23, 1970. In compliance with the “Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 P.L. 382”
Senate Bill 351 amended the Municipal Authorities Act to allow stormwater authorities. East Lampeter Sewer Authority oversees both sewer and stormwater sewer functions.
Don’t Flush Wipes, Napkins, & Paper Towels: In order to keep sewer systems up and running during this crucial time, do not flush Wipes, Napkins and Paper Towels. This will help eliminate sewer line blockage.
