East Lampeter Township is now accepting sewer/stormwater/streetlight payments by phone. To make a payment by phone, please dial 844-638-0963 and follow the voice prompts. There is a fee for this service. The fee is the greater of 2.95% of the payment amount or $3.00.

Payment of Street Light bills or any other bills should be mailed to the Township office: 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602
If you are dropping off payment after normal business hours, there is a drop box located on the front of the Township building, next to the Township Administration doors (it is similar to a mail slot).
