East Lampeter Township seeks to fill the role of Assistant Township Manager. This position serves under the Township Manager, provides support to accomplish the goals and mission of the Township; assists in the direction of professional staff in management of operations to ensure effective delivery of programs and services; assists in the management of personnel and labor relations activities; assists in the direction and planning for use of land and capital resources to make the Township an attractive place to live and work; assists in the development of intergovernmental relationships to further regional initiatives and community interests; assists with the development and operation of communication tools to keep the community informed regarding Township activities; serves as acting Township Manager whenever authorized to do so by the Township Manager. Part-Time Seasonal Mower:
The East Lampeter Township Public Works department is accepting reliable, energetic applicants for a part-time seasonal mowing position from April through November 2025. The applicant must have a valid PA Driver’s License and will need to know how to operate a zero-turn mower, push mower and string trimmer. The position is approximately 18-25 hours weekly, with flexible availability needed between the hours of 7 AM and 4 PM Monday-Friday. Working conditions will be almost entirely outside and occasionally require performance of work in extreme temperatures or during inclement weather. The pay rate is $15.00 an hour.
