Lincoln Highway Lancaster Business Improvement District Authority

East Lampeter Township officials have announced the formation and ongoing activities of the Lincoln Highway Lancaster Business Improvement District (BID), an initiative focused on supporting economic development, beautification, and business collaboration along the Lincoln Highway Lancaster corridor. BID provides a forum for local business owners, property owners, and community stakeholders to work together on projects and strategies that strengthen the commercial district and enhance the overall business environment.

The Business Improvement District plays an important role in promoting economic vitality, encouraging investment, and maintaining the attractiveness of the Lincoln Highway Lancaster corridor. Through cooperative planning and community input, BID works to support local businesses while enhancing the area for visitors and residents alike.

Meetings:
The Lincoln Highway Lancaster Business Improvement District will hold its regular meetings throughout 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Public Meeting Room at the East Lampeter Township Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602. These meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity for business owners, residents, and interested community members to stay informed and participate in discussions about improvements and initiatives within the district. The 2026 meeting dates are as follows: April 14, May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10, and December 8, 2026.
