Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Lincoln Highway Lancaster Business Improvement District Authority will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, beginning at 5:00 P.M. at the East Lampeter Township Municipal Building, 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17602. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect and appoint officers of the Authority, adopt the Authority’s by-laws, establish a meeting schedule for 2026, and authorize an agreement with East Lampeter Township for collection of annual assessments.
