The Lancaster County Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) is a project dedicated to saving lives and property through the reduction of hazard vulnerability for the entire county. The Lancaster County Emergency Management Agency has developed a Mitigation Public Survey to assist in providing the public with an outlet to contribute to the Lancaster County HMP update.
