Notice is hereby given that the East Lampeter Township Board of Supervisors will
conduct a public hearing at a special meeting to consider an application for an intermunicipal
transfer of a liquor license into East Lampeter Township.
The applicant is Racetrack 2453, Inc. which is proposing to transfer a restaurant liquor license to property located at 2453 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA. The hearing will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Office located at 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Persons with disabilities who require any auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to observe or participate should contact the Township Office at least five days before the above date to discuss how your needs may be best accommodated.
